Hey guys SonicBlueRanger here and seeing how Christmas is apon us like Grandma getting hit by a Reindeer I felt it was time I did my first list so heres my top 10 favorite Christmas related Shows and Movies.
10. Doctor Who: The Christmas Invasion
Yeah I know most of the maybe two people reading this arnt going to know what Doctor Who is so let me give some back story first, The Doctor (Not Doctor Who his real name is never said he's just The Doctor ok no one calls him Doctor Who) is a Time Lord from the Planet Gallifrey in the constalition of Kasterberis, only it's not there any more it was blown up in The Time War by The Doctor cause his people were planning to let all life in the universe die and they would acend into beings of Contiousness alone.
That was said in a Christmas Special but not this Christmas Special in this one The Doctor having just Regenerated, A trait of his people whenever there Dying the can Regenerate into a new Body it's basically a way of keeping the show going if the actor playing The Doctor wants to leave to do other things, has crashed his ship the TARDIS (Time And Realitve Dimention In Space) outside the Powl Estate home too his Compainion Rose Tyler.
Her Mom Jackie and off again on again boyfriend Mickey Smith run out to find Rose and a man who they dont realise is The Doctor he psses out for most of the episode and aliens invade London because Angel Grove was to infested as it is.
Eventually The Doctor wakes up saves the day with a Stasuma and everything hunky dor...oh wait the Prime Minester just orderd the Ailens blown up The Doctor gets mad and singel handedly brings down her run as Prime Minester of Britain.
So why is this on the list well it's set at and aired on Christmas but thats the only thing that really tellsyou this is a Christmas Episode at all it's still a really good one and all the Christmas elements really play into the episode plus it's the first full episode staring David Tennant my first Doctor and one most people love.
9. Shrek The Halls
A quasi sequal to Shrek The Third, which was the worst of the Shrek movies if you ask me, it a story of Shrek, Fiona and the babies first Christmas as a family.
Unlike Shrek the Third the jokes here are actually really good espacially each characters version of 'Twas The Night Before Christmas if your a fan of Shrek or have kids go check it out.
8.Santa Claus Conquers The Martians
Santa Claus Conquers The Martians....Ok more so I like Mystery Science Theater 300's riff of the movie the plots ridculuse but it's histarical all the same but I recommend checking out the MST3K version for a good laugh.
7. Any of the Brawl In The Family Christmas story Arcs
Ok for People who dont know Brawl In The Family is a Nintendo Based web comic that focus' on the older Nintendo Games but mostly Kirby eating thing and changing into wierd things trust me its funnier than it sounds.
But the Christmas stories have all been fantastic such as "How Dedede stole Christmas" With the comics first musical comic if you cant load it they give a link to a YouTube version seriously just check the comic out at http://www.brawlinthefamily.com/
6. Amends from Buffy The Vampire Slayer season 3
A story focused on the vampire with a soul Angel the story is about Angel's regret for killing Jenny Calender in the previous season, Long Story he turns evil after having sex it's hard to explain, a being known as The First Evil takes her form to convince him to stand in the sun and kill himself.
The ending is so amazingly true too the spirit of the season despite Joss Weadon's atheism it's bound too put even the biggest Scrooge into the Christmas spirit
5.Christmas With The Joker
If you love Batman see this episode, If you like crazy Joker antics see this episode and if you want to see Batman get hit in the face by a pie SEE THIS EPISODE!
Seriously though this is the first of sadly only a handful of DCAU Christmas episodes the others Holiday Knights and Comfort And Joy are good too but nothing compairs to this one it's the best of the three.
4.Jingle All The Way
Heres one that I think gets a bad rap it's a perfectly funny movie whith Arnold Shwartzenegger searching for his son's gift with tons of slapstick.
Personally I quite like this movie it's a fun little movie with a pretty decent parody of Power Rangers and othr childhood favs.
3.Elf
Another movie I feel is underrated a nice story of basically an Elf in New York except he isnt an elf but was raised as one when he was found by Santa he comes to New York to find his real father only to find out how big of jerk he is.
Overall I do recommend seeing this at least once if you like Will Ferrel if you cant stand him though stay away stay far away.
2.A Charlie Brown Christmas
Do I really need to explain this one? It's a classic it's one of those you cant go without seeing at least once Merry Christmas Charlie Brown.
And my Number one favorite christmas movie is....
Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas
This isnt just one of my favorite Christmas movies it's one of my favorite movies period.
Jack Skellington is sick of Halloween and finds Christmas and decides to kidnap Santa and take it for himself yes that sounds bad but you see Jack he means well but he doesnt know the first thing about Christmas and ends up being shot down he lives and saves Santa from the real villian of the movie Oogie Boogie.
The movie is odd in that it combindes Halloween and Christmas in away the genuinely works as Tim Burton put it himself he got the idea from seeing Halloween and Christmas decerations at the store and he thought of it as The reverse Grinch where as The Grinch hates Christmas Jack is fasinated by the idea and genuinely wants to spread the cheer without knowing how to really do so.
So those are my top 10 Christmas movies and Shows I'm SonicBlueRanger and to all of you and your's have a very merry Christmas and A happy new year hopefully by next year I can start doing Video Reviews even though I only have a Sony handheld and Windows Movie Maker till then bye for now.

SBR Crazy Theroy #1
Hi Guys sorry I've been gone I have'nt had much to talk about recently but I did have time to throw on the ol' tin foil hat and come up with a theory involving three of my favorite TV shows.
That Theory is Power Rangers, Doctor Who and Buffy The Vampire Slayer all exist in the same universe.
Yeah I know it sounds like a stretch since they're each incredibly different but here's the thing when you really look in to it there not.
They each have Monster Of The Week plotlines, they each have seasonal Big Bads and they each have monsters attacking only one area of the planet instead of, you know, the whole planet.
Now there are parts were this seems unlikely due to references to the other shows...but on Buffy yeah Buffy once referenced The Pink Ranger but who's to say she was referring to a fictional character she could be mentioning her as an actual person, and Doctor Who was mentioned in one Buffy episode so that means they cant possibly share universes right?
Wrong in a 1988 Doctor Who serial called Remembrance of The Daleks The Doctors companion Ace turns on a TV and leaves the room you can here the guy say "...Saturday viewing continues with an adventure in the new Science Fiction series Doc...", now for clarification this story was set in 1963 the same year Doctor Who started in the UK so maybe The Doctor himself inspired a show called Doctor Who.
Now as for Power Rangers well it's a show that was never big on references but in a season called "Lost Galaxy" in the episode "Green Courage" a character has a sheet of paper with the part of the Galaxy there in, they were traveling through space in this season, and the location on is the exact location of The Doctors home planet of Gallifrey, which was said to have been destroyed in recent Doctor Who episodes.
So are these shows in the same universe or am I looking to far into things well either way I'm SonicBlueRanger and this is what I do with my free time.

Why Reality TV Sucks
SBR here and I'm not here to review in fact I'm here to serious for a moment last night I had to subject myself to the worst kid of physical punishment I could sustain I watched bachelor pad and it got me thinking reality TV is really REALLY bad.
On the subject that got me here first some explication I was only watching for the one exception to reality TV Dancing With The Stars I only wanted to see the new cast and as such I was subjected to a sheer amount of awful.
The first "game" was a Q n A were they had to answer question about "Who's the stupidest in the house?" "Who has the worst boob job" and other such crap the whole game was about being a enormous jerk not mention most of the Bachelors and Batcholeretes are tremendouss tools anyway,
Speaking of tools Dating in the Dark has a good premise people by taking the thing that human nature makes us judge on the most, looks, the idea is to show that looks don't madder however in most of the episodes I've seen the people only chose to stay with the other person depending on there looks.
Other shows I cant reall comment on due to...well not seeing them but these two I have the unfourtunate "honor" of seeing and if any other Reality Show is like these I dont want to see them.

Turtles Forever
Turtle Power!
Say what 4Kids entertinment that they cant dub anime they hire low class voice actors that....where was I going with oh yeah Ninja Turtles.
Back in 2003 4Kids decided to brig the Green Machine back and the first 5 seasons were awesome then they got sent to the future yeah but even still they still are for sheer of liquid awesome that is Turtles Forever.
Unlike my Scott Pilgrim review I'm not going to describe the plot to indept instead I'm just going to give a little.
After a battle with The Shredder the 1980's Turtles are transported to the world of the 2003 Turtles they team up to attack the Technodrome which 2003 Raph calls a Golfball on wheels.
Meanwhile 80's Shredder finds his 2003 counterpart who's still frozen from the events of the season 4 finale descovering him to be an Utrom.
After defrosting Ch'rell (The Shredder) proply kicks Shredder an Krangs butts with out any real trouble cause well 80's Shredder kinda sucks but they knock him out with...um Knock out gas only form him to be saved by Kirai who also owns 80's Shredder and Krang.
I'm going to with the plot here because I highly recomend buying this it's an awesome send off to the 2003 Turtles and the 80's Turtles even they are played as clowns.
My biggest complaint is they couldnt get the original actors for the 80's Turtles, Shredder, Krang or April but for the most part they got desent sound alikes with the exception of Leo voiced by Dan Green who sounds more like Yami Yugi from Yu-gi-oh than he does Leonardo.
But either way a good movie which I recommend if you can find a copy of the DVD and I couldnt then buy it I give it a 5 out 5.

Turtles Forever review pushed back
Sorry guys my local Wal-Mart didnt have Turtles Forever in yesterday so no review yet.
I just thought it would be nice to let my......what.....4.....maybe readers know that the review might not be up till saterday.

Scott Pilgrim's Precious Little Life
Scott Pilgrim is 23, Canadian, in a band that by his own admition is crap, dating a high school girl and living with his gay roommate so yeah this is the beginning of the first volume of the Scott Pilgrim series.
plot
Scott as I mentioned is playing in his friends band Sex Bob-om his girl friend Knives Chau thinks he and the band are just plain amazing.
Scott's sister tells him that she's found out about him dating a High School girl asking why his response "It's Easy" well it until she starts makeing out with him and he realises things are serious to Knives and he darts.
At the time he begines having dreams about a girl hes never met and starts seeing around town at a partay he desicovers her name is Ramona Flowers and she moved there from america where she works as a Delivery Girl for Amazon.ca Scott orders some CD'S just to meet her.
When they arrive he asks her out on a date and they go to park Scott invites her to his bands gig where he ais atacked by a by a guy named Matthew Patel one of Ramona's 7 evil exs after the fight Ramona tells Scott if he wants be with he beat her 7 evil exs.

I cant really say much about each character because well there not written to be totally likeable there written to be more human I guess would be the best way of saying it all I can well I'll say aroundthe end.

Scott Pilgrim is hard to recommened all I can say is read for your self and form your own oppion about it.
I know very criticical of me but all can some people will like it some will think it's the dumbest thing they ever read.
I'm not going to give it a score cause I'll though reading that it would fitting to rate the entire series more than just each individual volume so as I get my hands on the others then I'll fully rate it.

Info and Intro
Hello and welcome To Mighty Blogin SonicBlueRanger.
So for a while now I've been thinking about doing one of these cause well I got a lot to say and I've been wanting to do reviews so I thought why not.
"But SBR what are you going to review?" I hear no one asking well just anything I get my hands on mostly a lot of Sonic the Hedgehog comics and Power Rangers.
But no one should feel left out cause theres more than that like for example Turtles Forever comes out this Tuesday and I already know I'm going to review it (Sneak Peek it's awesome).
So yeah just a quick intro to let folks know who I am and what I'll be doing so until later SBR out.
...I need a better closeing line.
